Ana Louise Bonasera is a Confidence coach and best selling author from Oxford. She is married to her hero who took on her three boys, including her autistic twins and they now have their own son.

Since Ana was 18 she has known she wanted to work for herself and over 11 years has done many businesses. At 21 she was a newly single mother to three children under 18 months and although her self confidence was rock bottom she but on a brave face.

After 9 years in business Ana finally found her calling, empowering women to find self love and confidence, she has published several best selling books and owns a successful size inclusive fashion brand Self Love Detox.

Ana is passionate about helping women step out of the shadows and into their true power and is now focusing on helping other women in business get clarity and find confidence from within.

You can usually find Ana walking in the woods with her family and their Mollie dog or dancing in the kitchen to 70s tunes with a glass of Processco.
